About Founder's Day
Boulanger D’un soir triste, D’un matin de printemps | Bartók Excerpts from 44 Duos for Two violins | Shostakovich Piano Trio No 1 in C minor Op 8 | Brahms Piano Quintet in F minor Op 34
Celebrating the legacy of Yehudi Menuhin, our Founder’s Day is a chance to witness the incredible talents of the School’s instrumental teaching faculty as they come together for a concert of chamber music. An evening of joy, memories and collaboration not to be missed.
Tickets will include a free pre-concert talk for Friends at 6.30pm where some of our teachers who studied at the School will discuss their time here as pupils and how they carry Menuhin’s vision with them in their current roles as teachers.
