The Menuhin Hall is available for hire throughout the year.
The auditorium is renowned for its outstanding acoustics and ideal professional recording facilities. It offers level access for equipment delivery and excellent direct access from the backstage Green Rooms to the stage via cable ducts.
The Hall is available for dry-hire for the production of commercial recordings by professional or amateur performers. Organisations that have recorded here over the years include Decca, NMC, ABRSM, Classical Recording Company, EMI, Somm, Abbey Road Outside Recording, BBC and Young Pianist Foundation. Many hirers return regularly and frequently.
Additional services are available, these include the hire of a Steinway Concert D Grand Piano (two such pianos are available in The Hall) and the Menuhin Hall Technician whose knowledge and skills can be called upon to assist with audio-visual recording. Other services and facilities are available upon request.
