Cobham's own classical music venue
A world-class platform nestled in the Surrey countryside
I love playing in the Menuhin Hall. It is the perfect size for chamber music, and everyone in the audience is close to the stage. The sound is rich and warm, and envelopes the listener perfectly. It is particularly gratifying for me that it overlooks the field where I played football every day for eight years. Those years at the Yehudi Menuhin School were such an important part of my life, it is an inspiration to return and play for the present generation of young pupils, who are lucky enough to have such a gem of a concert hall in their front garden.
